In addition the current (Dec 12 to Dec 20) statement for my wife's phone shows:

500 Sms Messages $8.00

then

Additional Text Messages $0.10/ msg $14.30

No fvcking way she used 643 text messages in one week when her past average is 440 per month!

I think she used 143 texts total in that week and Sprint charged $0.10 each instead of under her plan.

CS is closed now so one more thing I gotta do tomorrow, as if I didn't have enough before Christmas!

UPDATE

OK apparently everything got screwed up when we bought they new Sprint phones. The CSR applied out credit card payment for the phones to our old service bill and charge for the new phones to our current bill. The guy I talked to said when you get new phones/plan your minutes/texts are prorated and allocated she went over her "allocated" texts for that time period and was charged even though her total texts for the month were under the 500. He took the $14.30 overcharge off and I raised her total texts to 1000 per month for and extra $2 so this would not happen again.

One other thing, our 10% Sprint loyalty discount is only applying to her phone for $3 off of $30 instead of the entire bill. We should get $7.25 off of the total $72.50, but he could not help us with that for some reason.

These computer problems happen. What I hate is when they break the rules of the contract. A few years ago when I had MSN DSL they billed me $200 for activation a few months into my contract even though the offer said free activation! Lucky for me I had saved the whole contract in a text file. The first sentence of the contract said no activation fee, and they finally relented.
