Was driving along tonight and two cars pulled out of a driveway really wrecklessly. They were swurving all over and kept speeding up and down. I call the local PD on my cell phone and followed them while talking the whole time with an officer on the phone. The two cars finally figured out something was up when I had been following them for a good 15 minutes and they pulled off the road. One of the guys in the back car got out and yelled to the other as drove by... I didn't want to chance them trying to jump me in the my truck, so I drove past and pulled into a driveway to turn around... by the time I was turned they were gone. I'm guessing they turned their headlights off and pulled into driveways.
Anyway, by the time the cops got there, they were long gone. The officer on the phone said he'd call back if they got em quickly because they'd probably need to me for more information. It's been an hour and they haven't called, so I'm guessing they didn't find em.
I'm kicking myself for losing them, but there is only so much you can do when you're trying to turn around with one arm and talking on a cell at the same time.
The really ironic thing about the whole situation was that as I was leaving the area, a police car was behind me shooting me with his radar. 😛
