Damn Spin-X 100 Pack Rebate Problem I HATE REBATES!!!

Does anybody recognize the rebate fullfillment company for that $35 Spin-X rebate? i call the number and nobody picks up, and I want my damn rebate :|

address doesnt look familiar at all.. since that's a rebate exclusive to officemax (says can only be purchased at officemax on the rebate), id go down to officemax and bitch about how you havent gotten the rebate yet and that the phone # to inquire about the rebate is disconnected (i've read a few people do that at bestbuy before and were successful in getting their rebates on the spot).. if that doesnt work, i suggest filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (does the spindle have the company address on the label?). i havent had to do this recently, but maybe a year or so ago, i filed a complaint for a rebate and immediately got it afterwards. good luck.

I don't by anything because of the Rebate alone. I believe rebates should be considered as an illegal trade practice.

I don't know why people in the HD forums still do deals with Rebates. One third of 'em forget to file the rebate while another third get shafted.

if u avoid CompUSSR, Fry's and New Rochelle rebates, u'll do quite well

I've sent a dozen or more rebate offers to the White Bear Lake and Young America addresses all were honored.

The only problem I've ever had with rebates is sticking the checks on my dresser then forgetting they're there! Something gets put on top of them and its 'out of sight, out of mind'. They sit there until the check expires. I've lost a $75 US Robotics check and two $100 gift certificates that way. DOH!
