My dad has 5 lines for multiple family members, which usually averages to about $130 a month. Well, we logged in to online billing this month, and the total was $1400. So hilarious!
He called and since the discrepancy on the bill was > $1200 (their numbers), it would have to go to a special department for deliberation, and they would contact him within a week. Surprisingly they were able to fix the mistake in one day, hence why I wanted to get a screenshot, but no luck
