Damn Purolator!

I order a MSI K8N NEO2 PLATINUM, AMD ATHLON 64 3200+ PROCESSOR S939 VENICE, CORSAIR VALUE SELECT DUAL CHANNEL 1024MB KIT PC3200 DDR CAS2.5 2X512MB from NCIX.com.

Last Thurs., according Purolator's tracking system, they are supposed to deliver.

I'm home all day, but somehow they never show up.
On Fri. same story.

I am not too happy then, so i call & find out i cannot pick it up that night; the package has been sent to a sorting facility.

Then it's the stupid 3-day weekend.

So today, i stay at home all day, but of course, no one attempts to deliver, even though their tracking website claims they are going to deliver it today.

Now i am effing mad.

After over an hour of pure BS with various agents, they simply don't know where my package is!?! :|:|

omg, i hate Purolator with such a Passion!

they delivered a package once, and I wasn't home, so they leave a sticker saying where I could pick it up (not even a second attempt like DHL or UPS).
so I track down this "pick-up" center located over TWO hours away from my house. a 1.5 hour bus ride later, and a 45 min walk, I find this god-forsaken center. Out of all places in Ottawa (a city of about a million, they literally had to go out of town) no buses went there!

At least they left you a sticker. I've received nothing.

Yeah, & i failed to mention that the location my package is supposed to be at is 80 blocks away.
Rather messed up considering there is a depot 20 blocks away.

The thing is, before this, i actually had had awesome service from them; this time though, i'm actually starting to get worried they lost my stuff :|
