That is faster than a T1 at 1.5Mbps and a t3 at 45Mbps. THe only thing faster that most business might use is an OC3 at 155Mbps or an oc12 at 655Mbps. We are of talking of course concerning backbones for large enterprises.
If IF your co. had an oc3 Mr. Scott, I doubt any admins would let http or ftp use ALL of it
