the duron 700 beats the celermine 700. it only beats the p3 700 in memory benchmarks. 200mhz vs 100mhz gives it a 'slight' advantage.

hmm the memory bus stil runs at 100 mhz anyways and since it's ddr it isnt as fast as 200 mhz sdr

The memory stil runs at 100 mhz the bus has nothing to do with it until ddr boards arive(xept fsb+ pci) so the duron /t-bird has no memory bus advantage.

whatever you do, don't trust Sisoft Sandra's cpu benchmark's as it is all synthetic and does not test the true power of the cpu. The P3 is better and overclocks almost as well too. But put the duron up against the celemine and then you see how the duron is good
