Nice try at starting another anti-gun vs. gun-nut flamewar, but the reason why this piece was gold plated is not unlike the same reason there is a market for this 😛

They should cost $5000 each. ALL bullets should. There would NEVER be another accidental shooting again. And innocent people being killed during drive by shootings? Forget it!! 😉

Because of where it comes from that gun will be worth it's weight in gold. sadd.....................

I would like to have it though! MO Money

Edit: Spelling

If an innocent was shot the shooter would be comming back "I believe you have some of my property!"

sorry to burst your bubbles (there seems to be a great many of them), but this is about how nice the gun is, not some anit-gun vs. gun rant, if you want that go to another post.

hah that reminds me of what chris rock said:

You'd think twice about shooting somebody if a bullet cost $5,000, Rock reasons, and there would be no more innocent bystanders. "He must've done something--they put fifty thousand dollars' worth of bullets in his ass!"

It IS a nice gun.

I just don't think people should be killed by them.

And I'm NOT some anti gun nut.

I own a pistol. I'm a ex Marine. And I have fired MANY weapons, though never at anybody and I wanna keep it that way.

hey, i go to shooting ranges occasionaly and stuff, but that gun was never meant to be fired, I don't even think that it can be fired. it looks like something you hand on your wall and sh!t

how did the makers of goldeneye: 007 know about this gun so long ago? golden gun!

(i dont know much about goldeneye, but was it also a gun in some movies too right?)
