Damn Microsoft Mice

I´m using a Dell GX100 computer here at work and it has a Intellieye Explorer and just about every minute or often the mouse seems to disconnect itself and come back in. Very anoying. Never ever happened with my Logitech mice at home.

Is this a microsoft problem or something else?
 
sometimes my mouse would just be shaking making all the windows go up and down side to side i think i need an exorcist
