This is bad news. On Monday we started to receive complaints from a few of our customers that they were not getting their nightly/daily email alerts. Took us a while to definatly say it is not our system and traced it to only emails sent to MSN/Hotmail accounts.

We do not do SPAM, we are a ligimate corporation that deals with electronic home arrest. So this is a public safety issue. If Jr breakes his curfew or violates his parole or conditions of his probation our system automaticaly sends their officers a email alerting to this fact.

Microsoft started to block us because of our company name, It sounds sexual but isnt. There is no indication that the email didn?t make it (it doesn't bounce or show any signs that it didn't arrive at the intended users address.)

Our in house lawyers were made aware of this on wed and it looks like there is nothing we can do to get microsoft to put us on their whitelist. :|

You are not the only one. All the servers owned by Servermatrix are having most (not al) of their e-mails to that domain blocked.

I wonder if you'll have better luck if the MSN/Hotmail customers do the complaining to Microsoft.

Our company was put on a blacklist of spammers at Earthlink. They said we were running an open relay. Took most of the day, and lots of calls to get off of that.
