At least in Texas we can run our ACs in June and not pay $800 on an AC bill.

That comes to us in August :)

I would actually say that it does compare to Texas. I go there every year. Never before do I remember it being this humid here.

My OC'd P3 sure as hell doesn't like it anymore than I do!

Let's hope for a cooling trend.

monto88, yeah I live in Fremont, too, and it was hot hot hot. I hear its going to be even hotter tomorrow. Open up your houses in the morning to let the cool air in and then lock it up tight during the day...

Wow, didn't realize so many people lived in the tri-city area :)

I'm in Union City and it got to about 93 here, which is very nice when you're sitting inside.

Hmmm, it's winter here and it's 20dC(70dF) and that's about as cold as it'll get.
It got up to around 43dC(110dF) a couple of months ago in summer. It's been up to 46dC(115dF) before.

What's the hottest/coldest maxmums it's ever gotten where you are(within recent history, for you smart arses)?

It's basically one seasonal temperature here..for example in SF during the winter there's usually a high of 60, and in the summer it's average is around 63. And often the summer days are cooler and windier than winter days.
