DAMN IT

I have amortgage for $1200/month. I looked into refinancing the past few days and I could probably reduce it to $1160 or lower. Of course...lower = points.

I expect to move in 2 or 3 years and it simply can't happen. Not really worth it. DAMN IT

And please, make it two cookie and a beer.

SampSon is in rare form tonight 😀
I've been off the internet for a few weeks so I have a lot of hate to dole out.

Get in line!

check around Monday. Jobs report came out this morning and it wasn't too good, dragging mortgage rates down with it. check bankrate.com to see the impact.

have you looked into an ARM?

moving in 2-3 years (hope I didn't write that wrong, I only have 2 beers in me).

Did look at the ARMS. It just looks liek the 2 years time horizon just makes it a risky proposal once up front fees are taken into account.

Also don't want an ARM in case housing prices drop 🙁 Then moving won't happen any time soon as I won't have the equity to move.
