my SD card was delivered last Wednesday to my home; I got no notes on door or anything in the mailbox notifying me that the package was delivered. 🙁 🙁
 
DHI lost a package that my wife bought for me. I got DHI to file a lost package claim and outpost to refund the money. but outpost never refunded so my wife called discover card to successfully dispute the amount and got the charge reversed. a month later she got an email from fry's asking for the money because discover did a charge back. we told them to fvck off and ask DHI for the money. haven't heard back for about a week now. /end of rant. good luck with your dispute.
 
DHL was good to me, when they got to my address they actually call me and tell me they have arrived and asked whether I want them to hold the package or leave it there. they were awfully professional (if not anal) about it.
 
The same thing happened to me a little while back.

Call them up and chew them out, and make them own up to their mistake. You shouldnt have to pay them extra to make sure they do their job right.
