There are supposed to be two people per night scheduled, with some nights overlapped to three. Apparently they never found the second person, 'cause the only other person that was here just left. 6 to 6, with no lunch (what I'd planned on doing anyway, but now I have no choice), & only one person to keep service level.

That's the idea, although I think my call volume is about to spike. I've taken 10 calls in the last 4.5 hours, &amp; I probably won't get more than 3 or 4 the rest of the night.

Which means I get:

- 10% more pay, &amp; 1/4 the work
- All night to do homework, surf, whatever
- One more day off a week



And no, none of those numbers are correct. One person has PM'd me with the correct number, though...
