Damn I'm sore!

Getting back into the gym after being a lazy fvck all summer. 3 days intense weight training + 3 days HIIT = sore Pipboy 🙁

HIIT is pretty cool, it sounds easy on paper but it's kicking my ass. article

I'm doing it on a stationary bike at Gold's. The first 30-second interval is ok, 2nd is getting tough, 3rd is painful, 4th makes baby Jeebus cry. Now I gotta add on another one next time.
