You can get a decent 16x9 projector for under 3 grand and the screen was about 1000 but you can save a bunch of money making your own... The materials are about 200..

It's gotta be a projector but if it's that bright, that's pretty sweet. I was hosted at Texas Instruments for a couple of days and they were showing off their DLP (digital light processor) high-end projectors and they are NICE. Wouldn't be surprised if that is one of em. d1abolic, does someone at AVS actually own that room?
