other than that 1.7Ghz P4 with SDRAM, i've nothing against it ;)

wow

The VAIO's rounded case sports a bright, backlit monochrome LCD screen for displaying track, artist, and other media information. Framing the LCD are volume, navigation, and source controls below and a MiniDisc player above. Hidden behind a trapdoor at the top of the case is a DVD-R/RW drive; at the bottom of the case, a sliding door hides an impressive bunch of ports including FireWire and USB as well as less common PC Card and Memory Stick slots.

more

i want the whole system ;)

Cool LCD and buttons, but the damn thing is a mini tower so there isn't much room!

Nice though...

I saw a Vaio in the best buy flyer this weekend. The damn thing came with a TNT2 m64... that had to be a typo.

The systems look cool, if I were going to buy a system based on looks, that would be it.

I could build a system that would look better than that anyday. All you need is a Lian Li or a Coolermaster and put an LCD in it. Or better yet, a VFD, or a 5" color screen. Sony makes me mad with their wanna be case modder design. I would, however, like to have the LCD driving software.

Rudder, the scary thing is that that TNT2 m64 wasn't a typo... the new HP towers are all coming with a standardized "Great for gaming" M64... I thought we were way beyond that era...

Those are some very nice looking systems. Save for the junk video card (listed as GF2 MX on Sony's site), they are loaded feature wise. Not suprisingly, they cost a small fortune.

<<Nice. Sony speakers usually suck, though. >>

Alot of the times yes, but their car and studio speakers are f*ckin awsome.

Speakers can be big or small, look at the keyboard it's just as big as the tower lengthways........ I have a mid-tower, my keyboard is doesn't come close to being the same size .

only room for two drive bays?
