This is great! I just figure out that I might have to pay $400 on this month bill!!! :|

Apparently, a couple month ago I switched from $39 to $29 plan, the CSR told me that I would only lose the 300 whenever minutes, I thought "ok, I seldom use up all the 600 min under the $39 plan anyway"...but one thing he didn't tell me is that I would also lose the FREE WEEKDAY NIGHT MINUTES!!!! FVCK T-MOBILE!! This is insane!!! What can I do about it? I don't have the recording of what he told me...damn! And to think that I've always praise T-mobile's service!! Arrrhhhhhhh!

You talk alot.

Heh, why do I pay for this thing?

I dont think there's anything you can do... maybe plead with them to get the charges reduced...

It's really your own fault for not checking what the different price plans include...

Call and complain. Talk to the CSR. Get what you can. Talk to a manager and see if you get more.

If you don't get it all back, write a serious letter to customer service and have someone else proofread it.

Something similar happened to me (where I inadvertently lost my unlimited nights) to the tune of $200 over what I expected. The manager on the phone said he'd only give me half back. The letter got me the rest of it.

Good luck.

To my defense, I don't think it was my fault. I did asked the CSR very specifically of what I'd lose if I go for the lower plan, and he said exactly that (300 whenever minutes). I even asked him about the free weekday night and weekend minutes, his reply was that all T-mobile plans except for the $19 one all have this feature...so I think I did a pretty decent job of asking, it's the CSR who didn't know what he was talking about!

Gimme your phone. I'll use up those minutes! I went over my peak minutes last month to the tune of $48.80. DOH! :Q

Peak minutes used in plan: 1100
Extra minutes used: 122
Free off-peak minutes used: 2077

I'm being a lot more careful this month. My minutes reset on 10/21.

Peak minutes used in plan: 1017
Peak minutes remaining: 83
Free off-peak minutes used: 2478

Hey, do you still have that letter? Looks like I might have to write something similar to T-mobile customer relations 🙁

in cases like this where it's he said, she said... they always ask for the rep's name or ID. I don't really know what that would prove in all honesty, but usually without this information, they won't budge. Maybe you'll have better luck than I have in the past with this type of stuff. Good luck.

this same exact thing happened to my little bro except his was $600. Any cells except prepaid suck balls.

why would you downgrade? never downgrade , if you need a cheaper plan, change companies

Why so? In my case I was screw up, but that doesn't necessary mean you can't save a few bucks by switching to cheaper plan.
