Who is liable? Were you on the lease?

Well if your name was the only name on the lease you are responsible for the damages. The landlord will take you to court and sue you for every penny of damages plus legal fees. You then get the fun of turning around and suing your ex-roomates trying to prove it was them. Hopefully there were some witnesses to them doing this.

Listen if you don't have anything constructive to say in this thread then shut the hell up.

I have to go to Atlanta tommorrow and talk to the police as well as the landlord. I have to stay overnight which means I have to get a hotel rooms plus anything else.

I am about as sick of this situation as anyone can be. I was on the lease with one other person. This person might have been involved with the whole situation. At this point I don't know.
