The weather's too hot these days, hiting 81F, 27.2C right now!!

My normal operational temp of 38c has risen to 44c just for surfing the net. My board temp has increased from 23 to 29, despite 5 80mm fans working asses off!!!

What's everyone elses's CPU to Board to Room Temp Ratio?

Maybe 44/29/27.2 isn't too bad. And it's only JUNE!! :p

wait a few weeks more when the temprature will hit arround 100F. It's not the cpu i'm worried about though...it's my monitor. I've busted my monitor twice thru 2 summer because the diode melted or something because of the heat. Good thing-it's still under warranty :)

I have my PIII 733 MHZ, 133 fsb at 28 C (room),32 C (case), and 55 C (cpu) running full (seti), with 2 80 mm and Alpha 6035 with an YS fan.

So you are ok.

T-bird 750@933 (7x133).
CPU: 39C
Motherboard: 26C
Room temp: 25.5C

That's right now; the CPU rarely does over 45C. Guess the 120mm intake fan helps a bit. :D

(this is from MSI's horrible temp readings, so take it with a grain of salt)
Duron 600@800
board temp: 25C
cpu temp@max load: 33C
room temp: about 22-23C

My idle temp is always around 50C...up to 55 sometimes.
Hey, and once my fan failed so it was at 70C for a couple hours.

(all these readings are from an MSI board. hehe)

Room is currently at 26, case is at 27 and chip is at 32 while surfing. Nothing like a couple of 120's blowing the breeze! :)
