I bought a Sony Ericsson bluetooth headset for my phone at one of those ghetto cellphone joints near Bryant Park and the freaking thing doesn't work. I asked the guy for an unopened box after he tried to sell me the one I was looking at in the store and he got all huffy, sarcastically saying "yeah I used it for a month then stuck it back in the box." I shrugged and bought it anyways since the headset itself was still in plastic, and of course, it's fcuking broken. Don't I feel like an idiot. Should be fun trying to convice this con man to take it back tomorrow. :| Think I'll call my gf's cousin and ask him to come along with my (NYPD).

My local ghetto shop let me borrow their torx #6 screwdriver overnignt so I could install a flashing antenna on my daughter's phone...

Sorry about the BT headset, I really didn't like mine, too tinkery & I really don't use my cell that much.
 
Call the cell phone company and complain about the store. If they're an 'authorized retailer,' then I'm sure T-Mobile would like to hear about how their retailers act.
