Damn, found perfect job at Intel, but I'm not qualified :(

Can't apply because I lack "Spanish language fluency" and "strong understanding of Hispanic demographic". Also, they're looking for 6 years marketing experience and I barely have 4 (but most firms are very lenient on experience requirements if you can impress them with what you do have.)

This is a Campaign Strategy Manager position for MBA graduates. Interesting that even Intel is looking to capitalize on the burgeoning Hispanic market and intends to develop targeted campaigns to get Intel chips in Hispanic households (this is for North America.)

Interesting, what's the pay?

I'm guessing somewhere between $60k to $80k not including bonus, signing and other incentives, but given that its in Santa Clara HQ probably on the high end of that.

i'd expect to make more than that with an MBA and 4 yrs of experience

To clarify, this is for MBA graduates, or Class of 2006. They want 6 years experience prior to starting the MBA program. With bonus and incentives included I'd expect nothing less than $110k for a job in Silicon Valley--even if it is only a marketing position.
