I checked my BIOS, and all the UDMA and PIO is all set on auto.. which the only settings i can choose is auto or disable...

Anyone know the problem?

Have you tried uninstalling your IDE drivers in the device manager, rebooting and lettings Windows reinstall? I fixed a PC yesterday that had this problem. 2 WD 80GB SE drives...Master was running UDMA and the other PIO. Removed the Primary IDE drivers, reinstalled them and everything has been working fine since. Just something to try if you haven't already...
