I saw a guy crash once...he was in his takeoff roll, when his seat slid all the way back..his throttles were at full, and when he reached for the yoke it pulled all the way back...the plane took off, went straight up, stalled, and crashed into some small parked planes. I'll find the NTSB report if anyone cares.....
