to help heal them fast, put some vanilla extract on a cotton swab and apply. it works.
if you dont have that, use regular tooth paste!
 
Go get Abreva, it works for 80% of the people who use it.

Or, go ghetto and slap a wet tea bag on it, then freeze it with an ice cube.

I have a "fever blister" (ahem) myself right now. (They're technically not "cold sores")

this is why I get shivers down my spine whenever I read about how big studs you guys are. I NEVER sleep/kiss, whatever with a girl I wouldn't want to commit to specifically b/c of sh!t like this. It's just not worth it
 
My friend puts carmex on them, some sort of acid (lycillicealic (butchered spelling) acid) on them and it dries them up.

I'm the exact same way, actually. I've had the herpes simplex virus since I was born (got it from my mom) and that's just been something I've always kept in mind - whomever I date will have her own little gross things about her that she can or cannot help, but I have it in my power to control what I catch from her, and what she catches from me.
