Had my heart set of the $999 Panasonic 42PX60U

Everywhere else is selling the TV for a minimum of minimum of $250 more plus my sales tax of 9.75% and rediculous shipping costs.

I've been waiting to replace my early 90's TV for 8 months now and this sucks.

Any suggestions?

I wish I could find another 32" for $480. I got to BB and CC when they just finished handing out the tickets for the TVs, then I got to Home Depot, and I saw the last two being sold. :(

if you had placed an order (ROS) you should have been fine.. did they place and order for you? in our store we did ordered tv's we infact started queing people up with info and one person was typing stuff in and then we would return confirm paperwork to the people and when they came to teh register they paid for it.

So if you did an ROS and its not backordered, you should be fine.. if its backordered by chance, the next time teh warehouse has it, it will be delivered..

Nope, having posession of the actual ticket was the only way and it sucked because I saw 2 ladies there that had tickets for TVs, but just had them to have them. They left with a $hitty pair $30 speakers and a digital camera. No rainchecks either.... I wanted to slap somebody.

no tuner :(

You'll need a tuner anyway from your cable provider to watch HD content. I don't see what the big deal is.
