Of course it is nice all last week, in the upper 70's and then what happens, Friday rolls around and it starts raining. It rains all weekend and continues today and looks like it will for another couple days. Why does it always have to be rainy on the weekends???

How about "Are weather is *that* suck"? I'm really feeling good vibes about having some kind of article or descriptor between "is" and "suck". Perhaps: "Are weather are suck" would be more in character.
