I thought their deal was too good to be true. They undercut my Geico insurance by nearly 50% with the quote online, so that's ALWAYS a good thing. They asked for 2 years disclosure on the incidents report on the online form, so I gave them the one speeding ticket I had. That's all that I've had happen in the last two years.
So I get a thing in the mail from them a week ago (now opened it as it got burried in stuff), and I find out that they searched back 5 years, and found the one other ticket I have on my record. Two tickets...TOTAL.
And they dropped me...I've got until Sept. 1st to find new auto insurance.
These were MINOR tickets (less than 10 MPH over).
Anybody have any similar experiences with them? Can they ask for 2 and then do the homework themselves and search for 5 (I know they can, but why did they just ask for 5 before?)
