Dammit I just found out I am paying 39 a month for Pro SBC DSL when Elite is 34

I had the same issue with BellSouth. I was paying something like $48/month for 3Mbps, when their homepage advertised something like $38 for the same service and $43 for 6Mbps. My company was paying it so it didn't make a big difference to me personally, and they were happy to switch me to the lower cost, but it irked me that they didn't do it automatically when they rolled out their new pricing plan.
 
I have elite in Chicago. I get a consistent 5000bps without any downtime or lag. The upload is also consistently 640-680k.
