The funniest part is that since /etc/shadow contains all the passwords, no one can log in to save any of the data. Guess I need to go in single user mode later, or boot off a CD and mount the Hard Disk and then rebuild it.

I am too lazy to do it now. Maybe tomorrow.

I'm going to be that guy...the \xNN bits are ascii characters. The first one is r...the second one is m...there's another r and an f in there...😉
