Damian Marley - worth it?

Has anyone seen him live? He's performing here in Gainesville Friday and I'm pondering whether or not this would be a worthwhile investment of my time...ticket price is like $13 so that's not an issue...

I've seen much worse shows than this one portends to be, and they cost more than $13. I don't think you can lose at that price.

I really enjoyed his performance on Austin City Limits(except the idiot who waved the Jamaican flag on stage throughout the whole set). I'd pay $13 to see him live in a heartbeat.

I've seen him play twice live. He brings down the house, absolutely see him if you get a chance. Amazing performer.

Saw him on PBS doing a live show. Austin city Limits I think.

It looked pretty good. He has a big band with back-up singers so it should be a good show.
