Damaged Screws

I was trying to put some parts into an old use case, and I can't get it open, it seems the Screws are Damaged, so I can't screw it off. I've tried every type of screwdriver, Three Types of Pliers, even a hammer (lol) Nothing Helps its pretty much stuck in there, Its getting the screws of the case which are holding an Alluminum Fan. But it won't come off, Nothing I can do, and there not even Rusted...
What would you guys do? Any idea would help.

A pair of vice grips would work granted it's not too small or in some sort of enclave.

Sears sells drill attachments for busted screws, but you need a drill to use them.

Drill them out.

You may need to tap a new thread, if you damage the original nut with the drill.

yep drilling the screws out sounds like the only option. altho you may have to drill new screwholes afterwards.

Yup, that's what I was thinking.

drill, cut heads off, or well, u can cut a flat grove into the head with a dremel and use a flat headscrewdriver

Easy Out
They're reverse drill bit things that drill into screws backwards until they sieze and unscrew the stuck screw.
You can buy these at hardware stores individually. Very, very handy.

That's usually what I do if I chew out the end of a screw.
I don't like the idea of drilling into the case - you might risk sending metal dust flying onto the insides of the PC. At least when you Dremel the outside, you can mask off most potential inlets.

If you've got a Dremel and a cutting wheel, you can recut the pattern. That's what I do. I use a vacuum to remove metal shavings (shopvac).
