Dallas people: Where is that fountain they showed in the movie Blank Check?

Somewhere in Dallas there's this fountain that was featured in that movie Blank Check. I need to find that place. Anyone been there?

Not only hasn't the OP posted here for 10 yrs, I'm sure he doesn't care about the answer to this after 15 years.

The fountain that has a lot of jets that shoot upwards that the kid (Preston Waters - played by Brian Bonsall) and the lady (Shay Stanley - played by Karen Duffy) play in on their "date" is at Universal Citywalk in Southern California.

There must be more than one because I've been to it. However, it was night time and I wasn't driving so I don't remember where in Dallas.
