Daisy-Chaining USB

I know that Daisy-chaining USB is part of the standard, however I can't find anything on the net that actually explains how to do it. I want to incorporate another USB port into my USB mouse so I can plug jump drives into it and for that I need dasiychaining.. I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum but it is all I can think of.

Yes it's the wrong forum.
But to answer your question, the device that will act as the "link" in the chain will need an output as well, for example some keyboards provide this.
It's not something you can just do on your own though.

Seems unlikely that you'll ever be able to do that as most people would find another cable in the mouse extremely annoying, I'm one of them 🙂

There is no daisy-chaining on USB. Devices that look like they're doing that contain a hub ALONGSIDE their actual functional unit.
