I purchased some soy milk from the supermarket today to give it a try. It wasn't as bad as I had expected but I am left wondering if I should even bother with it.
I enjoy regular milk and am not lactose intolerant but have read all kinds of stories about how milk is bad for the human body (humans are the only species that drinks another animal's milk, milk causes man boobs, etc).
So will I gain/lose anything nutritionally by switching to soy milk instead of regular milk?
Any ATOTers drink soy milk by preference?
