That sucks. And why can't I get a 5.9L V-8 in a reg. cab Dakota AWD? If you want a reg. cab short-box you can only get the 5.9L in the 2WD RT. Hmmmmmm...... a 8.0L V-10 mounted in a Dakota. That would rule!

Dammit. That sucks. I had my eye on that as my potential next vehicle purchase. It would have fit right in with my timeframe.

True, but there articles are right 99.999% of the time :( They also always get the scoop (pictures, specs, etc.) on all the Chrysler cars before ANYONE else.

Umm...no. Chrysler sucks. Daimler is sweet. I still can't belive Daimler wants anything to do with Chrysler. I'm sure Daimler had little input on the mentioned Chrysler auto, if they did, the PT Cruizer would have the CLK-GTR's engine!

StickHead Chrysler rules. Their price/performannce ratio is impressive. They have the Intrepid RT, Stratus RT, Ram SST, Dakota RT, Dakota AWD with 5.9L, Viper, Prowler, and the list goes on and on... If I were buying a new vehicle the only ones I would consider would be the Dakota AWD with the 5.9L or 4.7L V-8s or an Intrepid RT!

Yeah,
I think Chrysler is my favorite american car company today. With Ford being second.

Chrysler almost went bankrupt several years ago right?? What a comeback.

That was the ealy 80's. Iaccoca sweet talked the US Gov't into letting them borrow money. The released the minivan in '84 and paid back the Gov with interest 5 years in advance

They are still going to continue to put the New Hemi's in the trucks and get rid of the Magnum line right? Lowers HP and worst gas milage between Ford and Chevy's new motors.

I was looking forward to checking that one out too.

Remember the 1957 300, The Tyranasaurus Rex of all grills.
