When Dailytech was launched and for the months that followed they had a rating system for their comments where we could go on and rate the posts based on their quality. I always enjoyed entering the thread and rating posts even if I had no comments to make. For the past several months I have been unable to rate these posts. So what happened? What do I have to do to regain this ability?
 
I had the same problem until I posted a comment under some news story. Once I posted a comment, the ratings suddenly started working again.
