The only time I ship stuff is when I'm RMAing something. For that, I like detailed tracking info - and for that, I like UPS.

For overnight document delivery, Airborne wins, hands down. $11 for a flat rate overnight (next MORNING) envelope, with free pickup.

FedEx Ground I use for large packages (Fast, cheap, reliable)

USPS for small things.
