I deal with them from the other side -- it's been pretty annnoying to watch the return on my ETradeBank savings and CD drop from 6% down to 2%. I'm rooting for higher interest rates again :)

Credit cards... I spend on more than $500/mo. on credit cards so I can afford to pay it all off at once.

My $264000 mortgage is another story... so far $1750 of my monthly $2036 payment is INTEREST alone. :|

I try to pay off certain credit cards in full every month.

Other credit cards which have high balances are paid off in big portions only because they have low fixed balance transfer APRs (anywhere from 0% to 4.9%).

We pay an extra $200 a month on our 2002 Honda Accord car loan because that will reduce the term from 5 to 3 years and I hate having a car payment, so the quicker we pay it off the happier I will be.
