From the Article:
... I don't know what that "Blue Light" was over Norway before Obama's coming, but I do know blue represents peace and love. May be the watching Hierarchy gave mankind a sign that the work of President Obama is nobel and worthy of his work.

The Russians know it was their missle that made all that light up there.. so the Russians are all full of peace and love... I never thought the Russians would create the message that God is coming...

Obama has not met the Nobel criteria of '... the prior year... ' It seems he just became president this year... oh well... God works in strange ways, I guess..

This is pure BS, but anyone who has read 'Revelations' knows that the true Christ returns only after a bunch of fake ones.

I don't buy Revelations at face value, it just doesn't mesh whatsoever with the rest of the New Testament, and reads like it was penned by a psychotic delusional on near-fatal dosings of LSD. Still, funny in the context of BS like that DK link.

Yeah, it's completely incomprehensible. How the second coming can be determined by looking at it and political leaders is beyond anyone I know, and if anyone claimed to know, I don't want to know them :D

For what its worth, GWB&co were somewhat obsessed with the second coming of Jesus, and so were many in the far out religious right. And for that matter the religious right support of the nation of Israel was somewhat predicated on Israel being a necessary ingredient in causing that battle of Armageddon in which Jesus Christ would reappear. Cynically, the Christian religious right scenario also called for an end product end to the religion of Judaism thereafter.

Of course, prior to the reappearance of Jesus Christ, someone, the devil himself by theory had to lead the forces of darkness as the other side of the battle of Armageddon.

We think we know Jesus Christ, but who will the devil himself be?

And here, stupid me, I thought the devil himself had to be Cheney or GWB. Since those two jerks are out of office, discredited, and powerless, surely some one will come forward to assume the role of leader of the forces of darkness.

Or maybe the book of revelations is just pure unadulterated bullshit. Which is what I tend to believe.

There isn't much you could say about Palin I wouldn't agree with, and Bush for that matter, but neither they nor Obama are the point. This isn't the common pissing match of "Hey if YOU guys thing your poop doesn't stink, well how about THIS", but rather to show something tragically comic. Moonbats come in all flavors. Independent of political philosophy, I think that we can all agree that whoever wrote this is about nine cents short of a dime.

I just find the whole concept that any politician would be looked at as an Anointed One (in a real sense here it seems) pretty ridiculous and worthy of much hilarity :D

If anyone's ever read about the end times, you know we have like 500 years of hard core suffering before Christ ever shows up. So I'm not worried. Not suffering like a war or Africa, but like, 1/3rd of the world just dying in an instant, repeatedly, until the oceans turn into blood.

It is the one book in the bible I think has no place whatsoever being included. It was written by an old man exiled on an island who wrote down his visions without any corroboration from anyone but him.

Try to imagine every molecule in your body simultaneously exploding at the speed of light...
