So often we get so caught up in the chase for the things we don't have that we lose sight of the many,many things we do have.
I've started the minute I feel negative to focus my thoughts on things I am grateful for.
Today I am grateful to be reasonably healthy,to be flexible enough to enjoy a long walk,to haul heavy laundry,to deep clean my own home.
