The fan in my power supply has only sporadically been working for the last few months. When it wouldn't work, the computer would freeze...now the computer won't turn on. Well, sometimes it will, but it almost never does. I'm thinkin the power supply has died on me, eh?
 
check all internal connections...
Something I do is take a different PSU power cable and plug it in...and everything works!
