dad wants his sign. in his word templates...........how do I set it up for him?

its all in the title..........how do I do it?...........we do not have a scanner but I could use it a friend's place.........will the signature we clean and good? or will it look hazy.........he used the word template(his company's letterhead) for pc 2 fax mostly.........any suggestions guys?

I have done this at a company I used to work for.

Just have him put his signature on blank paper using something like a thin Sharpie marker so it will be extra dark when you scan it.

Then once you have the image scanned (make sure it's properly sized so its not a huge picture), simply insert it as a picture into his template and save. It's easy.
