DAC speed in Hercules Prophet 8500 128 MB card

I just received the Hercules 3d Prophet 8500 128 Mb card from newegg. On the box, it says "RAMDAC: 400 Mhz" . However, when I look at the Adapter properties in Windows XP, it says: "Internal DAC(350 Mhz)". Can someone please explain the discrepancy? All the documentation I could find mentions a 400 Mhz DAC speed. Thanks.
 
It has a 400MHz RAMDAC.

Ignore what Windows says, it's incorrect. Windows does not query the grapohics card for the RAMDAC speed, it merely makes a guesstimate based upon known graphics cards.

It lists it incorrectly on all Radeon 8500 boards. Ignore it.
There are many boards it lists the RAMDAC speed incorrectly.
