Any way I can convert it to some sort of digital file (CD, WAV, RAW)?

I assume it will be each individual track on the tape, no?

I know nothing about audio production!

Find a local studio to do a quick mix or you can find a rental house, rent the gear and do it yourself. BTW, it's already digital.

Yep. You need a da88 machine, and an interface to export the tracks. It's EXACTLY how I started my studio - I had a DA-88 tape and wanted the tracks to play with. Turned into an OBSESSION.

I would, but I don't have a da88. You'll have to find a studio that still has one, or buy one off ebay. They are pretty cheap now.
