At least these cops were arrested after the DA saw the video. But why did the victims lawyer have to request the video in the first place? Up until them, the DA was trying to give the defendant a plea deal of 5 years, so he was more the happy to lock him up without even looking at the video.
Shouldn't the DA (or someone in his office) be looking at the video BEFORE charging the guy? They just blindly take the cops word? What ever happened to looking at the evidence?
