@OP, interesting shots, but without a sense of scale it's hard to work out how small those things are IRL. Are they pretty tiny?

The spheres are about 0.25-0.5 mm diameter.

That Canon lens costs more than the microscope, the camera adapter, the illuminator, and the flash combined. Looks cool though.
