D3D seems low, GeForce2MX

I have recently upgraded my box to an ABIT KT7A / Athlon TB 1GHz 256MB Micron 133, and a Herc GeForce2MX and I am using Wintune to test my box as well as my GF's computer which got some hand me downs.
She has a Celeron 300@450, 256MB RAM and a CL TNT2U.
My D3D is about half of hers with Wintune. Mine is at 120MPixels/S and hers is at about 214. My 3DMark score was around 4700.
I am Running Ref Drivers 6.50 and Via 4in1 4.28. I have used GeforeTweak gtu_2_6.exe to set everything to fast settings and I have AGP4x on with Fast writes enabled.
Am I not doing something properly? I have the Geforce running at 200/200 at the moment.
Both of us are using Windows ME with DX8.
Any performance advice anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Sandman

To add to my frustration I downloaded Sandra today and ran a few tests on it.
The memory benchmark resulted in Int 302MB/S and FPU 317MB/s which is even lower than the AMD duron 600. I am obviously missing something in my BIOS Setup. The CPU Multi-Media Benchmark was respectable at MMX 5886 and 3DNOW at 7147 and CPU at 2920 MIPS Dhrystone and 1448 MFLOPS with Whetstone.

Could a bad setting in my memory cause the horrid memory benchmark and perhaps affect the D3D performance in Wintune? Or is Wintune an Intel BIASed test?

Anyone have any ideas?

DOH!
I had all the memory settings at the default speed. Using all the Optimal settings the INT/ALU is 472MB/s and the FPU/RAM is 551MB/s

nice little increase there 😉

And a bigger duh, sheesh I am an idiot. GF had her resoulution at 1024x768/16
while mine was at 1280x1024/32

Switching to same resolution as her and I got
3219 MIPS (Integer operations)
1319 MFLOPS (Floating point operations)
264 (Integer application simulation)
312 (Floating point application simulation)
255 (MMX application simulation)
215 Video MPixels/s
196 OpenGL MPixels/s
241 Direct3D MPixels/s
374 Direct3D Null driver score
220 Direct3D Primary driver score
2782 RAM MB/s
124 cached disk MB/s
3 uncached disk MB/s

Much happier now 😉
