D3D Configs?

Howdy all I just got a new Visontek GF3 Ti200 anyway I'm trying to run 3DMark2k1 and well my D3D's are screwed up... Also I got WinXP which complicates things... Anyway tried to reinstall DirectX with no luck. BTW when I run DXDiag the D3d error is "Direct3D test results: Failure at step 5 (GetDeviceCaps): HRESULT = 0x8876086a (3D not available)" So anyway I'm not sure how to fix this any ideas? BTW I'm also running dual display.
