Absolutely, GTX 770 is probably overkill but you will certainly have 60+ fps at all times as long as you're not using crappy wifi or an ancient CPU.

GPU is more than capable. What speed are you running your 930 at? The game is only dual threaded, and will peg out two cores on slower CPU's on upper torment levels.

I'm running a 2500K stock with a 6870 and 8 gigs of ram.
I have a Seagate 480Gb ssd in hand and plan on purchasing a 4Gb 770 to put in the 2500K PC. After the new video card is in hand the intent is to move the 6870 over to the 930 PC along with the Samsung SSD. D3 is what I will play online, and Torchlight is what I will play on the the lan with my daughter and son. He has a dell 4770 with a 660GTX.
